We are proud to state that we are an independent agency not tied to any developer in Cape Verde and are therefore in the best position to show you all available properties and land on the islands and give unbiased information and advice. Our trips are arranged with our clients needs in mind, we do not rush people in and out, nor do we engage in pressure selling. We allow time throughout the trip for our clients to soak up the atmosphere and get to know the islands.

We act as facilitators to ensure that your trip is well organized and, with our extensive portfolio of developers and quality developments, we give our clients the best opportunity to find their perfect property. We offer an excellent customer service to ensure your trip runs smoothly, our onsite team will offer invaluable support both about properties available and information and experiences on the islands.

We use a recognised and competitive ATOL partner to book flights and accommodation. As such, you will be contracting directly with the ATOL member which ensures that all the necessary legal rules & regulations in regards to flight and accommodation bookings are adhered to and that your consumer rights are protected. Details of the ATOL member details will be made available upon booking.

Your Cape Verde offers your trip in good faith and has selected high quality partners to ensure that your trip is a comfortable and successful one. In fact we pride ourselves on our very high client satisfaction rate. Whilst Your Cape Verde use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that you have a successful trip to the islands, however, Your Cape Verde do not accept any liability for any failure on the part of our partners. Your Cape Verde will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any such issues which may arise, but ultimately any disputes between clients and our partners must be resolved directly between the client and partner company.

Once a reservation has been placed with us we will reimburse you accordingly; If you have a place on our free inspection Trip Offer you will be reimbursed £349.00 per head ( to a maximum of two people). If your inspection trip has not already been subsidised by us then we will reimburse you up to 1,000 Euros towards your trip expenses. Note in both instances this is paid upon receipt of the promissory payment. Unfortunately, this offer can not be made available for resale purchases.
