What is the Cost?

The price of the trip is £349.00 per head. If you find what you are looking for and decide to make a reservation the full cost of the trip will be refunded (terms and conditions apply).

Before You Go

Our experienced team will contact you before you go, work with you to ascertain your needs and give you the background of Cape Verde, talking you through any initial queries you may have.
We will also discuss your property requirements and match these to what is currently available on the island. Using our Guide Service we will give you access and guaranteed meetings with all leading and quality developers in Cape Verde.

At Your Cape Verde every effort is made to ensure your inspection trip meets your expectations. Our trips are tailored to your needs, we do not engage in pressure selling and we do not rush our clients round the islands. The pace is very much in step with the Creole beat. We will take the leg work out of your trip allowing you the peace of mind that everything has been organised. Using our extensive portfolio of developments we give you the best opportunity to find your perfect property, and because we are an independent agency you are not tied to a specific developer.

Again please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If we are unable to accommodate you we will still be pleased to help you arrange your inspection trip and provide all the services mentioned above though the trip will not be subsidised. However if a reservation for your chosen property is placed with us we will reimburse 1,000 Euros towards your trip expenses (terms and conditions do apply).

This offer does not include the costs of flights or accommodation to other Cape Verde islands. If you wish to visit other islands whilst you are on your inspection trip we will be more than happy to assist you to make the travel arrangements through our ATOL recognised partner. We can also provide an experienced guide to show you round developments that may be of interest on both Boa Vista and Sao Vicente.
